Artis Senior Living of Evesham to Celebrate Grand Opening
MCLEAN, Va. – January 22, 2015 – Artis Senior Living’s newest memory care community in Evesham, N.J. will celebrate its grand opening at 302 Lippincott Drive on Thursday, January 21, from 3 – 7 p.m. Artis President and CEO, Don Feltman, will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside Township Mayor Randy Brown and other Township officials at 4 p.m.
“We are looking forward to joining the local healthcare community in serving the senior population in the Marlton neighborhood of Evesham and surrounding areas, and feel privileged to be setting a new bar in quality care for seniors affected by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia,” said Feltman.
The new 68-suite residence will be the first freestanding memory care community in the area. The community is comprised of four neighborhoods – Kirby’s Mill, Cropwell Station, Inskeep House and Pine Barren – that create an intimate environment with familiar living spaces. These neighborhoods connect to a Town Center with additional amenities, including an art studio, community center, apothecary and a beauty salon/barber shop.

Influenced and refined by 20 years of operation experience, the new residence is thoughtfully designed to enhance residents’ cognition and quality of life by creating a homelike atmosphere that is both nurturing and comfortable. Design features include smaller-scale spaces, residential finishes, and the use of themes for queuing and location recognition.
